Fue antiguo lugar de se\u00f1or\u00edo nobiliario, confiscado por la Corona de Navarra a Gonzalo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez de Bazt\u00e1n tras la guerra de la Navarrer\u00eda en 1276. Sufri\u00f3 graves da\u00f1os en la guerra con Castilla entre 1429-1430 y fue segregado (administrativamente) del Valle de la Berrueza en 1456 por la princesa Leonor, &nbsp;incorpor\u00e1ndolo a la Villa de Torralba del R\u00edo como recompensa por los favores realizados en las contiendas navarras previas.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APERTURA ESPACIO WORK &amp; LIVING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QU\u00c9 ES ESTE ESPACIO?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una <strong>sala para uso individual y colectivo<\/strong>, es decir, dentro de los usos individuales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teletrabajo, estudio, lectura, otro tipo de trabajos (por ejemplo, manualidades\u2026etc) que requieran del espacio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de los usos colectivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grupo\/s de trabajo o estudio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eventos que se realicen (por ejemplo: charlas, talleres, cine, evento festivo, sociocultural o l\u00fadico).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COMO USAR ESTE ESPACIO?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cualquiera puede apuntarse o participar<\/strong> en cualquier evento que se proponga y anuncie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para un uso individual continuado del espacio<\/strong> para trabajar, estudiar, zona lectura\u2026etc. Se deber\u00e1 contactar con el Concejo y abonar, <strong>si es el caso,<\/strong> anualmente la <strong>cuota &nbsp;correspondiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empadronados y residentes en el pueblo -&gt; <strong>0 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No empadronados y residentes todo el a\u00f1o en el pueblo -&gt; <strong>10 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No empadronados ni residentes -&gt; <strong>20 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menores de 18 a\u00f1os:<ul><li>Empadronados -&gt; <strong>0 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No empadronados -&gt; <strong>10 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para <strong>reservar este espacio y entrar<\/strong>, se puede hacer de varias formas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul href=\"mailto:concejo.otinano@gmail.com\">concejo.otinano@gmail.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directamente poni\u00e9ndose en contacto con miembro\/as de la Junta del Concejo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y la Junta se encargar\u00e1 de abrirlo para las reservas o demanda del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QU\u00c9 OFRECE EL
